General Terms & Conditions for Giveaways by Secret Skin

  • 1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all residents aged 18 and above, except employees of Secret Skin, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the giveaway.
  • 2. Giveaway Period: The start and end dates and times of each giveaway will be specified on the promotional material.
  • 3. How to Enter: Participants must follow the entry instructions specified in the giveaway promotional material. Each valid entry will be counted only once.
  • 4. Prize Details: The specifics of the prize for each giveaway will be detailed in the respective promotional material. Prizes are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • 5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur after the giveaway closes, as specified in the promotional material.
  • 6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact method used for the giveaway entry (e.g., social media, email) within a specified number of days following the winner selection. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified; otherwise, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
  • 7. Privacy: Participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
  • 8. Limitation of Liability: Secret Skin is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reasons. Secret Skin shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
  • 9. Changes to the Giveaway: Secret Skin reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, as required by external circumstances.
  • 10. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.

Additional Details for the MSC Cruise Giveaway

  • 1. The giveaway includes an MSC Cruise for two (2) people, valued at up to R20,000.
  • 2. The prize is valid for departures between January and April 2026. The winner can choose the date according to availability.
  • 3. If the prize is not used within the specified period, it will be forfeited, and no extensions or substitutions will be granted.
  • 4. Secret Skin will provide the winner with a voucher number; the winner is responsible for making their own arrangements and bookings.
  • 5. The prize does not include flights, transportation to or from the airport, or any additional expenses.
  • 6. The prize is for the winner's personal use only, is non-transferable, and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
