Sorry to hear that you felt disappointment with regards to the volume of product you received.
If the cream is filled to the very bottom of the tube, it can push upward and compromise the seal. To prevent this and ensure that the product remains securely contained, a gap is intentionally left at the base. This space is essential due to the manufacturing process of the product. Whether your beauty product is in a tube or a bottle, most containers need to incorporate some internal space to accommodate product expansion caused by rising temperatures and travel. This expansion can lead to container breakage or leakage.
If the seal on the product is still in tacked when you received it don’t worry- the volume displayed on the label should all still be there.
