VT Cosmetics Cica Mild Toner Pad is a  multi-purpose toner pads that help smooth out skin texture while balancing skin. Containing BHA to gently exfoliate dead skin cells and excess sebum, CICALIAO™ to soothe skin and CICAHYALON™ to strengthen skin’s moisture barrier while restoring skin’s pH balance. Use the embossed side first to wipe the entire face before using the smooth side to finish toning your skin!

How To Use

1. Take a piece of toner pad using the tweezer included.
2. Wipe pad across the T-zone of the face with the embossed side after cleansing.
3. Repeat again by using the soft side to wipe across all zones, avoiding eye and lip areas.
