  • Simply apply your points directly on the checkout page.
    Ensure you are logged into your account to use this feature.

Option 2: Convert to a Coupon

  • Convert your points into a coupon you can share for a single use.
    This option allows you to give your points to a friend or family member as a special gift.

 

Earn Points

Each purchase gets you closer to the next reward. Here’s how you can earn points:

Gain Extra Points

  • 400 Points: Earn an extra +50 Points
  • 1500 Points: Earn an extra +150 Points
  • 3000 Points: Earn an extra +300 Points
  • 10000 Points: Earn an extra +1000 Points

Client Badges/Levels

  • Skincare Newbie (700 Points): +100 Points
  • Skincare Enthusiast (2000 Points): +300 Points
  • Skincare Family (5000 Points): +2000 Points
  • Skincare Bulk Buyer (12500 Points): +6000 Points

Terms & Conditions

1. Qualification

  • Must be a registered member to earn and view Secret Skin Points.
  • Points earned on purchase price excluding VAT.
  • First-time purchase required to start earning points.

2. Earning

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on certain promotional sale items.
  • Points calculation excludes specific products as stated on the product page.

3. Usage

  • Points rounded to the nearest integer for rand value in cart.
  • Maximum of R500 redemption per order.
  • Points expire 12 months after earning.
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Free shipping on final cart totals above R899 after points are applied.

4. Operational Rights & Privileges

  • Secret Skin reserves the right to adjust points due to system errors.
  • The points redemption ratio may be altered without prior notice.
  • Loyalty rewards program can be canceled at any time without compensation.
