The Etude House Soon Jung pH 5.5 Relief Toner keeps things simple with 97% of it being derived from natural ingredients. It instantly hydrates your skin after application thanks to the Panthenol, a beneficial compound closely related to Vitamin B5. The Centella Asiatica-derived Madecassoside soothes dry skin to minimize skin redness and repair skin damage. With a mildly-acidic pH formula, this toner keeps your skin happily hydrated and protects the skin’s natural moisture barrier.

HOW TO USE
After cleansing in the morning and at night, dispense onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face and neck. Alternatively, dispense into the palm of your hands and apply to the skin. Pat onto the skin to allow your skin to absorb.
