Key Responsibilities

• Pick and Pack: Safely pack e-commerce orders according to Secret Skin guidelines.
• Courier Booking: Process shipments and generate labels using our courier portals.
• In-Store Sales: Greet retail customers and guide them to the right products.
• Skincare Advice: Recommend products based on customer skin types and concerns.
• Inventory Control: Restock retail shelves and monitor packing material levels.

Required Experience & Skills

• Skincare Knowledge: Prior experience in retail skincare or beauty sales is essential.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and use e-commerce and courier booking portals.
• Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in picking items and entering shipping data.
• Communication: Friendly and confident manner when assisting customers in person.
