We are seeking an experienced, highly confident, and extroverted Senior Somatologist to join our premier aesthetic clinic in Centurion. This high-profile role requires an energetic individual who thrives on client interaction, possesses a natural flair for sales, and can effectively manage clinic operations. You will balance delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, leading our local team, managing daily administrative reconciliations, and traveling to spearhead our national corporate training and wellness initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• National Corporate Training: Plan, develop, and deliver corporate skincare training, workshops, and wellness presentations to corporate clients and executives across South Africa.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and manage the local clinic team to ensure daily targets and high service standards are met.
• Clinic Reconciliations: Perform daily and weekly administrative tasks to verify that staff working hours and completed treatments match perfectly.
• Treatment Delivery: Perform advanced laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced facials when based at the Centurion clinic.
• Sales & Consultation: Deliver confident, persuasive consultations and actively drive retail sales of premium skincare products.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Somatology, or Dermal Aesthetics
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in advanced aesthetics and laser therapy.
• Previous experience in corporate training, public speaking, or hosting professional wellness workshops is highly beneficial.
• Must be willing and able to travel nationally for corporate training sessions few times a year.
• Proven experience in team management, leadership, or assistant salon management.
• Strong basic administrative and numerical skills with high attention to detail for handling reconciliations.
• Proven track record in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed retail targets.
• Strong, outgoing personality; must be highly expressive, communicative, and confident (no introverts).
• Previous training or certification in Dermalogica and pHformula is highly beneficial.
• Proven proficiency operating medical-grade aesthetic laser platforms.
